Wonderful refuge in the Merdeux valley in the municipality of St-Rhémy.
Access
To reach the refuge: the ascent route follows the route of the Alta Via n° 1 from Saint Rhémy en Bosses.
It is also possible to reach the village by car from Arp du Jeux at 2002 meters where you will find the arrival of the first section of Crévacol chairlift. From there, you go west along the area that goes up to the pasture of Tza de Merdeux at 2273 meters. From the alp, follow the trail of the Alta Via n°1 and you will reach the refuge in less than one hour.
